Work with Quasimondo
Quasimondo and Optimist are holding auditions for "Doctor Faustus" by Christopher Marlowe! This supernatural collaboration, directed by M.L. Cogar and Brian Rott begins rehearsals the last week of January 2019 and will play throughout March 2019. We're looking for 8-10 performers comfortable with language, movement, puppetry and sorcery.
-The audition will be held MONDAY, November 19th at 6:30pm at Alverno College, at the Wehr Auditorium located in Christopher Hall. -The audition will consist of cold readings from the script, and a group physical/creative exploration. Interested candidates should familiarize themselves with the text and dress ready to move. -Please bring a headshot and resume (if you have them). If you are driving south on 43rd you will pass the main entrance for Alverno College on your left, continue passed the main entrance and take your first left on Morgan Ave. After you take the left on Morgan you will take your first left (you come up on it pretty quickly) onto the Alverno campus, and then your first right into a little parking lot. The little parking lot is right in front of Christopher Hall. Go in the doors for Christopher Hall and you will see our table set up. |
