Quasimondo Physical Theatre is holding auditions for “Red White and Coup”, an exciting world premiere examining American politics, partisanship, and the January 6th Capital attack. We are searching for 10 versatile performers to play multiple roles in this ensemble production featuring drama, comedy, music, movement, and puppetry. Do you sing, dance, play an instrument, or like to impersonate contemporary political personalities? Join us! All ages, types, and levels of skill experience are welcome; however most characters are aged 30–70 years. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, April 30th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at 650 W. Reservoir, Milwaukee WI, 53212 (Milwaukee Housing Authority Office Building). Enter through the south entrance double doors. There is free street parking on W. Reservoir. The audition will consist of a brief interview and cold readings from the script. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your chosen audition time slot and bring your acting resume and headshot (if you have those materials). Walk ups also welcome! |
