Quasimondo is seeking new Board Members to begin in Spring/Summer 2020!
Quasimondo’s Board of Directors is a diverse group of dedicated volunteers with a shared mission. Members are visionaries and organizers who take initiative and lead through action. They provide foresight, oversight, and insight, and are entrusted to advance Quasimondo’s success and growth. Directors report to the Board President and work together, with the Executive Director, to accomplish a variety of tasks related to nonprofit management, business, community development, and the performing arts. Orientation is provided to ensure new members are comfortable and knowledgeable in their role.

Nominating Process:
1. Quasimondo is conducting a public search to recruit new Board candidates and request recommendations from staff, current Board members, donors, and community members. 

2. After reading the “Position Overview”, candidates will complete and submit the online application or mail a copy of the completed form to 5151 N. 35th St., Milwaukee WI 53209. Download a PDF of the Application HERE. In addition to the application, candidates may choose to provide a current copy of their curriculum vitae or resume. 

3. Applications will be received by Quasimondo’s Nominating Committee and used to identify potential board candidates. All applications are confidential and will remain on file at the Quasimondo office. Upon reviewing submitted applications, the Executive Committee will schedule interviews with select candidates and make recommendations for membership.

4. Recommended applicants will be invited to attend an upcoming Board of Directors meeting where their membership will be put to a vote. If successful, the new member will sign the “Board of Directors Agreement” and will be provided with the information and to support their onboarding and service.
